Meeting begins at Noon in Mineral Lake Park in the pavilion at Sperry Road. Registration starts at 11:45. Our speaker is Traci Rabb, the Payment Solutions Expert from US Bank, and our topic is: The new credit card chip and your business. The outdoor lunch is being catered by Greg tarr of Chow Down, the cost is $9.00. You can pre-pay on our website now, the home page, scroll down, and go to "Pay Meeting Fee" Button. You can still pay at the meeting with cash or check written to "The Middlefield Chamber of Commerce". Please RSVP by Friday, June 5th for this Tuesday, June 9th Meeting. If you need to cancel your RSVP for this meeting, please cancel by 72 hours prior to the meeting. If you cannot attend, without the required prior notice time, you will be invoiced for the cost of the meeting lunch to prevent to Middlefield Chamber from absorbing that cost.
Middlefield Community Day
Time: 11:00 am - 9:30 pm
The Community Day will be held at Harrington Square Mall parking lot. The Middlefield Chamber is organizing and working in the Beer Tent, which will be set up at the previous Cortland Bank Building. Would you like to have a float in the parade? The Community Day and Parade are organized by the M.A.C. Committee and you can get the form to register to be a part of the parade, etc at www.middlefieldmeansbusiness.com. Are you interested and available to work in the Beer Tent? Open House at the Middlefield Chamber Lawn / Rain Date of July 21 Noon
Time: 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
Open House at the Middlefield Chamber of Commerce, on the Lawn, 16014 East High Street, Middlefield, right across from the VFW and the Middlefield Post Office. Stop in from Noon to about 1:30 pm for hot dogs and light refreshments. Meet your fellow members and community members who are also invited to stop in. All are invited to our Open House. This Open House is all outside, but you are welcome to walk upstairs to look at our Chamber Office location. We have a Rain Date of July 21st at Noon, just in case. The Kelly Miller Circus Clown is scheduled to be here to help promote the upcoming Circus dates of July 29 & 30. Take a chance to win free Circus Tickets, guess the number of peanuts in the jar we will have at the Open House.
