2019 Member. Walking through the front doors of Burton Health Care Center, visitors soon discover the true definition of "home away from home." Just minutes from Middlefield and Chardon, when you come to visit Burton Health Care, just opening the doors allows the warm country atmosphere to pull you in. The comfortable chairs around the fireplace, the gentle sounds from the grandfather clock, the photo album on the table with pictures of our families' memories, all contribute to the relaxed feeling of being close to home. Burton Health Care Center also provides a Short Term Therapy Unit. Located within our home, we have dedicated a wing solely for those in need of short term therapy. We can provide post surgical care for many orthopedic procedures such as hip/knee replacements, rotator cuff surgeries and fractures. In addition to general orthopedic care we also provided extended medical care, wound care, and cardio/pulmonary rehabilitation. Our goal is to return patients to their normal living environment as soon as possible. We accept Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Emerald Health Network, Ohio Health Choice, Medical Mutual and United Healthcare Insurances plus Medicare, and Medicaid.

2019 member. BUS MOVERS AND MORE LLC WE DO THE WORK FOR YOU Bus Movers and More LLC is a company formed to serve the members of the Ohio School Council, and OAPT. Bus Movers and More will sell any of your unwanted vehicles, or equipment associated with your school districts. By utilizing the internet, newsprint, and other forms of advertisement, we strive to get you the best price for your items. Being the preferred seller for OSC, we give your district the specialized attention you deserve, and have searched for. All you need to do to get started is make 1 phone call, we do the rest. We will send you assessment sheets to get you started. With the assessment sheets, we have an idea of what you are selling, where to market it, and a starting point on value. We review repair and maintenance records (if applicable), visually inspect and photograph each item individually, and write a description of said item. After determining which venue to list the item, it is formatted to highlight the value of the item. The item can be listed for 4, 7, 14, or 21 days, or advertised locally, depending on the desired exposure. Listing venues and duration will vary according to the above listed conditions. Upon an agreement on a price, we handle all taxes, all payments, and all paper work. The buyer is given a receipt and invoice which he will give to you upon a pre-arranged pick up time and location. If there is a title involved, you just hand it to the winning bidder upon pick up. We then deduct our fees, and send you a check. It’s that simple. Thank you for the opportunity to serve John Zigman Please visit us @

2019 member. The Cardinal School District serves its nearly 1,200 students from Middlefield, Huntsburg, and Parkman in four school buildings: Cardinal High School, Cardinal Middle School, Cardinal Intermediate School, and A.J. Jordak Elementary School. All teachers are Highly Qualified and properly certified according to the state standards of Ohio. Every member of the staff works hard to provide a quality education for our students thus allowing several of our buildings to receive consistent, Excellent Ratings from the state on the annual report card. All Cardinal schools are designed to meet the unique needs of students in an atmosphere that respects differences in learning style, interest, and personal development. There are many exciting and innovative plans in place for the Cardinal school district including: enhanced classroom technology, website upgrades, and improved class offerings. Couple these enhancements with our all day, every day Kindergarten classes, bussing for high school students, and the reintroduction of band, music, and choir and it’s clear, positive transformation is already underway in Cardinal schools. We have 650 chromebooks district wide and starting with the 2015-16 school year, the high school will feature a 1:1 iPad rollout program, where every student will have an iPad for classroom learning. These improvements will only increase the value of a Cardinal Local Schools diploma while continuing to set our school, students, and staff apart in the years to come! What’s inside? Huskie Pride! Cardinal High School CHS houses grades 9-12 with an average enrollment of 450 students. Block scheduling, 30 hours of college credit plus courses from Lakeland Community College and The Ohio State University, and a state of the art distance learning classroom all help provide a quality educational experience. Cardinal Middle School CMS houses the school district’s 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th, grade students and averages an enrollment of 390 students. CMS is a comprehensive model middle school program focusing on college and career readiness. Students in every classroom have access to iPads thanks to monies received through the Straight A Grant. Jordak Elementary & Cardinal Intermediate Schools JES houses grades K-2 and CIS is home to the Districts 3rd and 4th graders. Together the buildings have an average enrollment of 500 students. Starting with the 2014-15 school year, our Kindergarten classes moved to an all day, every day format. In addition to their classroom learning, JES and CIS students attend an enrichment class of music, art, library, or physical education throughout the week. CIS students also have the opportunity to participate in student council, band, and the accelerated reader program
